Yes, our healthcare team is able to provide prompt care for all stages of Covid. We can provide one time only visits to address prevention or early treatment of Covid symptoms with very short wait times. Additionally, we also are available to provide daily check-ins and more involved support should your symptoms progress. We are a full service healthcare provider and can often overnight most medical equipment needed to help provide Covid at Home Care. Our goal is to keep all Covid patients out of the hospital. Additional fees would apply.
We do not prescribe controlled substances. Those patients who require controlled substances for any chronic conditions are encouraged to seek a specialist. We can help coordinate your care to a specialist.
We know that illness and injuries don’t always happen during office hours. If you need to get in touch with us to order a prescription refill or schedule an appointment, you can directly email, text, call our team at anytime or leave us a voice mail. If you have a non-urgent question, but one that probably shouldn’t wait until tomorrow, members can send their doctor a text message and expect a prompt reply. Lastly, if you have an urgent issue after-hours, our providers are typically available directly via phone in the evening.
Possibly, depending on your insurance company. In some cases you can submit a receipt for your membership. Some insurance companies will apply these payments toward a deductible.
Direct primary care membership does cost money up front, but the downstream benefits come in many forms. Patients with high deductible insurance plans can often save money in a DPC practice. We never charge a copay. We provide you preventive and wellness needs, but also your urgent care needs. Over the course of the year these combine to save families hundreds, if not thousands of dollars that would have been spent in the traditional system. The intangible benefits are harder to measure, but are there too — appointments based on your schedule, a direct line to your doctor 24/7, texting and video-conferencing. DPC is primary care on your terms.
We do not accept Medicaid insurance.
Our Care Team will help coordinate your care. We will provide you with Referrals to any and all disciplines you may need while you transition home.
